Delivery Policy
A local delivery fee based on final delivery address will be added to each order, for each address. (For deliveries outside our local delivery area, this fee may vary.)
U.S. orders must be received before 1:00 p.m. in the recipient’s time zone to assure same-day delivery. Orders received after that time will be delivered the following day.
We will be happy to accept your international orders if you call our shop directly. We are unable to accept international orders over the Internet.
Specific Times:
We can’t always blame the traffic in Los Angeles but it just never is a good idea to promise to deliver anything at a specific time. However, for those of you that want to pamper your special someone and for an additional fee over the standard delivery, we’ll make anything happen.
You can request a time frame from the order form or by filling in the special instruction box when completing your order.
Don’t forget that you have a phone and call us if it’s really important and want one of our special floral assistants to handle your request in person.
If No One is Home:
In case the recipient isn’t home at the time of delivery, we will contact you by phone unless you provided us with Special Instructions on your order form. While we do our due diligence to reach you, in case we miss you we may leave the gift in a safe place for the recipient to retrieve when they return, such as with a neighbor, or leave a message for the recipient to call to arrange for delivery.
Recipient May be Contacted:
We may need contact the recipient to ensure someone will be home to accept the delivery.
